Spiral Freezers
 
For extended retention time freezing and products that can not be handled in a traditional IQF freezer, Coastline Equipment offers a complete array of spiral freezing systems.

Through the use of refrigerated air the spirals are designed to cool or freeze 500 pounds to 36,000 of all types of products. Freezing pizza, bread, fish fillets, hamburger patties, hash brown patties, mashed potatoes, prepared packaged foods to ice cream hardening, if it takes a long time and can set on a belt, Coastline Equipment has the spiral system to handle it. Stainless steel and aluminum are the materials of construction.

Customers can choose either stainless steel belts or plastic belts.  If required, completely engineered refrigeration packages are also provided.
